I notice that many Filipino food bloggers DON'T SHARE THE COMPLETE RECIPE, unlike others who posts recipes. The FIRST thing I look for in a "cooking/food" video is the COMPLETE RECIPE before I start watching the video. And if the COMPLTE RECIPE is not listed/posted, I don't watch the video and don't subscribe! A "video" that just shows you how to make it, but without any MEASUREMENTS of the ingredients/batter, will not give you the "results" shown on the video. Without the MEASUREMENT, you have to do a "trial and error" to get the same results as shown in the video! Done that! FACT.

I noticed you did not add sugar unless I missed it..I thought the sweetness of the spaghetti is one of the reasons it’s a “Filipino“ spaghetti? If that’s not the case then that’s wonderful news!!
